If you live in the Society's area or are carrying out research on ancestors in the area, it is well worth becoming a member of the Society. Membership costs £12 per year.

Members get the following benefits:

• Four issues of our journal Metropolitan every year 
• Free entries into the Help! section of the Journal
• Free entry to all our monthly branch meetings
