London Westminster & Middlesex Family History Society

These are the principle repositories for genealogical data for our area. The London Metropolitan Archives covers much of Middlesex and inner London, The Guildhall Library covers the City, and the Westminster Archives covers Westminster (but Paddington and Marylebone Parish Registers are at the LMA). In order to flesh out information on local areas, the various local archives and study centres have a wealth of other information.Yet more background can be obtained from Local History Societies and Museums.
